Step 1-2

An Agent for Service is specifically required for business registrations in ALBERTA. This individual serves as a point of contact between the corporation and the Alberta government, managing correspondence on the corporation's behalf.

If you are located in Canada and wish to incorporate in a jurisdiction other than your home province, an Agent for Service is generally not necessary, with the exception of ALBERTA, you will need to provide an Address for Service. 

For LLCs or non-resident registrations, both an Agent for Service and an Address for Service are mandatory.

Services Required

Please note that the Address for Service is provided exclusively for business registration purposes and does not extend to operational activities or other business functions. We will only manage correspondence from government agencies or the CRA and will not be responsible for any other mail related to the specified corporation or business.

Additionally, all services are valid for one corporation only. If you require these services for multiple businesses, please submit a separate application for each one.


An Agent for Service receives official communication from the government on behalf of the corporation. This includes any documents, notices, or reminders sent to the Agent for Service. We are only responsible for handling documents related to government correspondence for the specified business and are not accountable for other activities.

Additionally, all services are valid for one corporation only. If you require these services for multiple businesses, please submit a separate application for each one.

Please note- If you are a NON- RESIDENT or outside of CANADA,  The additional payment authorization steps are involved. Upon receiving the application we will contact you to complete those steps.
