Government Fees:
Government filing fees cover all charges (Federal, Provincial, Courier, Processing, etc.) incurred by AR BUSINESS REGISTRY during order processing. These fees are not revenue for AR BUSINESS REGISTRY; you acknowledge that these fees are paid to the relevant authorities on your behalf. Payments made to government agencies on your behalf are non-refundable. Errors and Non-Filing Circumstances: If we are unable to process your order for reasons unrelated to our error, we reserve the right to retain fees and charges.
Refund and Return Policy:
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with our service, please promptly contact us at info@arbusinessregistry.ca. Our customer service representative will assist in resolving the matter.
Refund Request:
If you wish to cancel an order placed in error, please notify us by phone immediately within 30 minutes of placing the order and send a cancellation email to receive a full refund. After 30 mins, agency fees may be deducted. For orders requiring expedited service such as 1 or 2-hour services, please notify us within 10 minutes. Failure to do so may result in deductions, including full agency fees. Upon refund request, financial processing fees and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount, along with agency fees for time spent
on the application.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For example, if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.
Cut-off Time:
AR BUSINESS REGISTRY operates nationwide based on local provincial government business hours. Therefore, the cut-off time for placing orders is 3:00 PM local time. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Service Hours:
We are committed to providing optimal service. Our service hours are from 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST. We guarantee delivery of your documents within this timeframe.
