The term ‘NUANS REPORT is a crucial element for the business name registration process in the following provinces: Alberta, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, for all the provinces a Name Approval is required. NUANS is a comprehensive report comprising detailed info about existing business names, trademarks, and other relevant information. Please Note-If you plan to use this name for incorporating a new business or changing the corporate name, you must choose one of the provided legal suffixes. These suffixes have similar legal meanings, but the choice depends solely on how you want the name to appear.

If the name is intended for use in a different context, such as a sole proprietorship, master business license, trade name, or non-profit, a legal suffix is not required. In that case, you can select "not applicable."
